These terms govern your use of ForgeFit. ForgeFit is currently in closed testing - features, pricing, and these terms may change as the app develops.
Using ForgeFit
ForgeFit provides AI-generated and self-built strength training programs, workout logging, and progress tracking. You must be at least 16 years old to use the app. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (including any health information you choose to share), and for keeping your account secure.
Not medical advice
ForgeFit is a training tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice. Workout recommendations, including any adjustments based on injuries or other information you provide, are generated automatically and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare provider or certified trainer. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have an existing injury or health condition.
AI-generated content
Workout programs may be generated using AI. While we validate AI output against safety and consistency checks, AI-generated recommendations can still be wrong. Use your own judgment, and stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort.
Credits and generation limits
The app may limit how many AI-generated workouts you can request within a given period, and may use a credit-based system for additional generations. These limits may change as the app develops. Manual workout building is not subject to AI-generation limits.
Account
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for behavior that abuses the service (for example, attempting to bypass usage limits or interfering with other users).
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits or usage quotas.
- Don't use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the app's underlying models, prompts, or training data.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
ForgeFit is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, especially during this closed testing period. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app, including from following an AI-generated or self-built workout.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app develops. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
